The game runs locally on your device. It may store local gameplay or settings data on your device so the app can function, but that information is not sent to Rather Unique Creations.

Insane Train does not use accounts and does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, calendar, reminders, or user-generated content.

If you contact Rather Unique Creations for support, any information you provide, such as your email address and message, is used only to respond to your request.

This website does not intentionally use analytics or tracking scripts. Basic server logs may be created by hosting providers as part of normal website operation.

Apple may process information related to app downloads, purchases, crash reports, device diagnostics, or App Store services according to Apple's own policies and user settings.
